Website redesign

Overview
The intention of this project was to improve the website graphics, usability, and navigation. I also created sitemaps to lay out the original navigation and the updated one, improved for efficiency. I purposely chose a website with a lot going on to really comb through and practice my information design skills! I also thought doing an art gallery website would be extremely fun to redesign and I was correct!
Outcomes
I can say that I have greatly improved at information design through this assignment. I had a lot of information to condense, relocate, alleviate into four simple screens. I also got to learn about many typical website conventions along the way and how I should best use each asset such as the header and footer! Overall, I think this was a great practice to practice website design and how most tend to be formatted!
