OUT OF PLACE
"Out of Place" was the theme for Creator Collective's Winter 2025 term! As a member of both the design and edition team, I was able to help out with page layout designs as well as Instagram posts!
Overview
In the edition team, I was responsible for creating page layouts as well as cover ideas. I was surprised when my rough design was voted to be the final cover design since I was just a first year, new the club. But I had fun designing, revising, and editing! Working in the design team provided more creative freedom, I proposed making stickers, helped plan the branding redesign, and created Instagram posts for the gallery!
Outcomes
During my time at the Creator's Collective, the majority of the platforms used were Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Discord! I improved a lot with working under brand guidelines and wearing multiple hats. Having deadlines, meetings, planning project ideas, and executing them made this feel like more than just an extracurricular. Overall, I'm excited on what's to come next in the future :)
